Quarrying is carried out scientifically by experienced miners. The blocks from other parts of India is also inspected and transported to the factory for processing. Since we have leased out facilities in south india, we process all south based shades in these facilities which gives us a cutting edge in cost saving. |

Turnover :-
From very humble beginnings with a single cutter the group has grown up to be a fully integrated Granite-processing unit of national level. The group has keenly promoted granite from North Indian from the day of inception facing many odds but now commands a respectable share of Indian Exports of Granite. The group had a turnover of Rs.1100 Million (Approx USD 2.5 Mn) of direct Billing and Rs.500 Million indirect billing in the last financial year. We anticipate a Direct Billing of Rs.2000 million direct and Rs.500 Million indirect billing in the current financial year. This is due to the setting up of overseas offices and planned penetration into new markets.

Production Plant and Warehouse :- |
GLOBAL EXPORTS has three sophisticated granite/sandstone processing units viz. one at JALORE producing building slab and monuments and other two at Boranada & Stone Park JODHPUR where granite tiles of various colors are produced. Each unit was set up with an investment of Rs. 51 million.
GLOBAL EXPORTS granite factory, JALORE was formerly a 100% EOU and now it caters to the domestic market also. This unit is well equipped with modern machineries for producing finished products to the international standard. The annual capacity of the granite processing is 50,000 Sq.mtrs. of slabs of 2 and 3 cm, thickness and 10,000 Sq.mtrs. of monuments. Machinery's like gang saw, circular saw; automatic grinding and polishing machines, imported from Germany are used for producing granite slabs and monuments.
For smooth functioning of our production unit we always maintain sufficient stock of Raw Blocks of all colors |
